Chris Cloud - Founder & Business Coach

Chris Cloud’s journey began not in a boardroom, but halfway around the world—as a third culture kid growing up in Asia, watching his parents serve and build communities. That early exposure to cultures, resilience, and service laid the foundation for a life calling: helping leaders create organizations that flourish at every level.

Today, Chris is a trusted business coach and the founder of CloudNINE, where he helps entrepreneurs and executive teams design companies that are not only profitable—but purposeful, people-centered, and deeply alive. His approach blends strategy with soul, weaving together tools from organizational development, Appreciative Inquiry, and transformational leadership.

Chris also serves as a partner at NOAH Property Management, and on the Executive Team of Affordable Upstate, where he’s helping scale a thriving affordable housing platform that puts dignity and excellence at the heart of service. Whether he's working with a founder on scaling culture or guiding a team through a major growth phase, Chris is driven by a simple conviction: business can be beautiful—and it can change lives.

Education: Master of Science in Positive Organization Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University, B.S. in Business Management from Liberty University. Certified Transformational Leadership Coach, Coaching with Compassion, Appreciative Inquiry strategic planning and change methodologies. Graduate of the Gotham/Leaf Fellowship.

Leah Cloud - Development Director & Relationship Coach

Leah brings a wealth of experience and a deeply compassionate perspective to CloudNINE Business Coaching. With a background in non-profit leadership and international humanitarian work and community development, Leah is passionate about helping individuals and organizations flourish.

She serves on the board of Switch, a South Carolina-based organization dedicated to eradicating human trafficking, and has firsthand experience working to combat trafficking in Nepal. Leah’s commitment to fostering growth and transformation extends to her work with businesses, where she specializes in creating supportive environments that empower teams to thrive.

With a heart for service and a keen understanding of organizational dynamics, Leah is a vital part of the CloudNINE team, bringing fresh insights and a values-driven approach to every engagement.
